Senior Software Engineer, WebApp (Fullstack)

Location: Brazil; remote-first role.

What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable full-stack web application features and distributed microservices.
• Own complex features from technical design through production deployment.
• Improve the performance, accuracy, reliability, and technical strategy of the core web application stack.
• Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production incidents, and maintain high service-level agreements.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, container-based software distribution, and observability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, infrastructure teams, API partners, and other engineers while mentoring teammates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience building and maintaining highly available, scalable web applications.
• Proficiency with full-stack and distributed-systems technologies such as React, Python, Go, Kafka, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
• BSc in a STEM field, preferably computer science or software engineering, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in the shipping and logistics industry.
• Experience building AI-powered customer-facing shipping features.
