What you will do

• Oversee post-acute network management analytics for a defined CenterWell business area.
• Build an alternative payment model for post-acute care in collaboration with the network strategy team.
• Develop data processes and controls to ensure data integrity across analytics workflows.
• Investigate data anomalies through troubleshooting and root cause analysis, then implement cost-effective resolutions.
• Analyze variable factors and recommend decisions for complex business and actuarial issues.
• Advise executives on segment-specific functional strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience coding with SAS, SQL, and Databricks.
• FSA or ASA designation with recent relevant experience, or another relevant professional designation.
• Membership in the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
• Experience across more than two actuarial functions, such as modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting and analysis, reserving, or trending.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace that protects member PHI/HIPAA information.
