What you will do
- Define and enforce an AI-native architecture philosophy across engineering squads.
- Architect a guardrail engine that applies regulatory rules independently of LLM outputs.
- Design a transversal observability plane with a seven-year immutable audit trail.
- Validate LangGraph reasoning layers and cross-region inference profiles.
- Maintain technical alignment across squads and enable architecture redirection into new domains.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in enterprise AI architecture and generative AI patterns.
- Strong background in security architecture, ABAC, and API gateway management with Kong.
- Experience with cloud-native patterns, including AWS Step Functions, Iceberg, and MSK.
- Experience with RegTech and immutable audit logging.
- Authoritative technical leadership and systems-level problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance rapid innovation with rigorous regulatory constraints.
