What you will do

• Analyze, design, build, test, and troubleshoot EDI integrations using IBM Sterling Integrator.
• Lead the technical execution of integration and API projects, translating solution designs into production implementations.
• Develop and maintain business processes, maps, file transformations, and communication workflows.
• Ensure code quality, technical consistency, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and resolve complex defects.
• Coordinate implementation planning and act as the primary technical escalation point.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator 5.2.6 or later.
• Strong experience developing, maintaining, supporting, and monitoring EDI integrations and business processes.
• Extensive experience with X12, EDIFACT, XML, cXML, CSV, flat files, and JSON mapping.
• Knowledge of FTP, SFTP, AS2, and VAN communication protocols.
• Proficiency in DB2, SQL, XML, XSLT, web services, and APIs.
• Ability to develop technical solutions, coordinate implementation, and work independently with distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Mainframe experience with COBOL and DB2.
