Manufacturing Associate I

Location: Onsite in Galax, Virginia, United States

Salary: $16.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Complete basic electrical assembly operations using manufacturing documentation.
• Perform electrical testing with automated test equipment.
• Solder, read blueprints, and use microscopes during manufacturing operations.
• Store, clean, and maintain tools, equipment, and chemicals while verifying calibration dates and seals.
• Complete required part paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Perform minor rework according to standard rework procedures, quality history tag instructions, and rework routers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or demonstrated ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer-based work instructions and training.
• Ability to understand and apply work instructions or training in English.
• Ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Quality-conscious approach, mechanical aptitude, and good dexterity.
• Ability to work onsite in Galax, Virginia.
• This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Soldering experience.
