Electro-Mechanical Assembler (Aerospace)

Location: Moorpark, California, United States; onsite

Pay range: $21–$31 per hour

What you will do

• Assemble complex sub-assemblies and finished products using hand and automatic shop tools.
• Work as a team member to complete production activities within assigned work cells.
• Follow written instructions, work instructions, travelers, quality procedures, and the Quality Management System.
• Complete production records, travelers, logs, material traceability entries, and operation stamps accurately.
• Perform mechanical and electrical testing on manufactured products.
• Follow environmental health and safety requirements while working with detailed components.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on electro-mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Experience assembling small, detailed components and working with a microscope.
• Ability to use hand tools and read measuring tools.
• Ability to perform mechanical and electrical product testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and perform standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive movements.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in Class 100,000 and Class 10,000 cleanrooms.
