Head of VIP (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and empower the VIP team while building a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
• Develop regional VIP strategies across multiple brands to increase revenue, retention, and player lifetime value.
• Oversee VIP operations across licensed jurisdictions and maintain consistent execution.
• Define and optimize KPIs covering engagement, loyalty, profitability, and player performance.
• Build trusted relationships with VIP clients and coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Payments, and Compliance.
• Provide senior management with performance analysis, insights, and forecasts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading VIP functions in iGaming, online entertainment, or a similar sector.
• Expertise in end-to-end VIP management, advanced segmentation, retention, rewards, and tailored communications.
• Experience working with U.S. regulatory frameworks and New Jersey NJDGE compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated multicultural team leadership and strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical, commercial, organizational, and results-focused orientation.
• Commitment to fair play, risk management, responsible gaming, and player protection.

• Experience managing international or multi-brand VIP operations.
• Background in high-growth iGaming or sportsbook businesses.
