The engagement runs from September 21, 2026 to January 3, 2027, with typical hours from 14:00 to 23:30 plus meetings and reporting. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States through citizenship, residency, or an existing work visa or permit.

Pay rate: $500 per day.

What you will do

• Install, operate, and maintain audio and video systems in an outdoor event environment.
• Perform daily system start-up, shutdown, and technical checks.
• Maintain installed equipment and resolve faults or damage during the event run.
• Support projection, LED, playback, show-control, and networked production systems.
• Coordinate with the technical, event, and wider production teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide technical assistance to other departments and contribute to a high-quality audience experience.

Requirements

• Previous audio experience, ideally with large outdoor festivals, illumination trails, or experiential events.
• Experience with Dante network audio, QLAB, MSC, MIDI triggers, Timecode, and OSC.
• Knowledge of local area networks, fiber-based network deployments, and basic technical fault finding.
• Experience with video projection, including soft-edge blending of up to three projectors.
• Experience with BitFocus Companion, BrightSign players, LED processing, and IEM swapping on ROE products.
• Must already have the right to work in the United States through citizenship, residency, or an existing work visa or permit.

Nice to have

• Experience with Panasonic, Epson, or Barco projection systems.
• Current First-Aid certification.
