What you will do

• Set up, operate, and dismantle AV equipment and kits for summit events.
• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting under the guidance of the Lead AV Technician.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and testing of equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and successful event outcomes.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company quality standards during live events.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an AV Technician within a rental company or event venue.
• Experience working with LED screens for events.
• Proficiency in operating presentation software, managing slides, and handling microphones.
• Ability to lift heavy items for event setup and strike.
• Must be available to work in Dallas and commute daily from residence to event location.
• Strong communication skills and ability to execute under pressure.
