What you will do

• Support finance integration and disintegration activities for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic projects.
• Identify accounting risks and opportunities, develop solutions, and act as the accounting point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and implement carve-out financials, transition service arrangements, and acquired or divested legal entity transition plans.
• Manage month-end close activities while maintaining financial integrity, compliance, and accurate transaction flows.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects from planning through delivery, coordinating milestones and accountability across teams.
• Research and resolve complex technical accounting issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of public accounting and/or valuation experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, accounting requirements, and related policies.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with acquisitions, integrations, restructurings, or divestitures.
• Knowledge of ASC 805 and ASC 810.
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, and finance transaction flows.
• Experience with large multinational transactions, strategic projects, public accounting, or valuation.
