Location: Hybrid in Arlington, Virginia; Atlanta, Georgia; or Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a office or client site. Travel of up to 25% may be required.
Salary: $121,440–$154,836 base salary per year.

What you will do
- Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including carve-outs and related transaction advisory engagements.
- Analyze income statement and balance sheet areas, operational data, net working capital, debt, and debt-like items.
- Identify key risks and business drivers, formulate questions, and propose basic financial adjustments.
- Draft quality of earnings and tailored transaction advisory reports covering normalized earnings, valuation inputs, budgets, indebtedness, and carve-out financial statements.
- Collaborate with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development activities.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and assess associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, consulting, accounting, or audit.
- Current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction advisory services.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects in a rapidly growing practice.
- Strong leadership, business development, recruitment, training, mentoring, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability for hybrid work with at least three in-person days per week and travel of up to 25%.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in accounting or a related field.
- CPA certification or active progress toward CPA certification.
- Prior relevant consulting experience.
