Guidewire Developer (Guidewire)

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud and external systems.
• Build REST APIs, event-driven integrations, batch interfaces, and web service integrations using the Guidewire Integration Framework.
• Customize PolicyCenter applications with Gosu, business rules, workflows, PCF configurations, plugins, and extensions.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design scalable cloud-based integration solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, production issue resolution, and integration performance optimization.
• Review code, follow development standards, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud integration development experience and 3+ years of Guidewire Cloud Platform implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Gosu, REST APIs, web services, messaging, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, architects, and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with middleware and cloud integration technologies.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise integration projects in the P&C insurance industry.
