Junior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid role open to candidates located in New York City, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, or Nashville, United States.

Salary: $43,984–$105,600 base compensation annually.

What you will do

• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce Flow, Dynamic Forms, Dynamic Actions, validation rules, approval processes, and Lightning App Builder.
• Develop custom applications and reusable Lightning interfaces with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Build automations and integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, and standard integration patterns.
• Support testing, debugging, deployments, data migration, production issue resolution, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Experience, Lightning App Builder, and Salesforce Flow.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, validation rules, approval processes, Dynamic Forms, and Dynamic Actions.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, REST APIs, and Platform Events.
• Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management, plus working knowledge of Agile methods and Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
