What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance applications on the Pega PRPC and Pega Infinity platforms.
• Implement business processes, case management workflows, flow actions, decisioning rules, and reusable application components.
• Develop Pega case types, data pages, flows, decision tables, correspondence, reports, and security rules.
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Kafka, MQ, and API-based services.
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Support testing, defect resolution, production releases, incident analysis, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Pega development experience.
• Strong Pega Infinity development skills and experience with Pega PRPC.
• Hands-on API and enterprise integration experience.
• Experience with unit testing, debugging, code reviews, secure development, and Pega Guardrails.
• Experience working in regulated banking technology environments with audit, control, and security requirements.
• Full-time employment based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Banking domain experience in regulatory reporting, risk and compliance, KYC/AML, client onboarding, reference data management, payments, settlements, trade processing, or banking operations.
