What you will do

• Develop and configure Duck Creek solutions across Policy, Billing, and Claims.
• Work with Author, Product Studio, rating tables and algorithms, forms, manuscripts, integration points, and extensions.
• Build .NET integrations, Web APIs, microservices, and REST/SOAP services.
• Integrate message queues and event buses including Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Azure Service Bus.
• Troubleshoot OnDemand environments using logs and monitoring tools.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and optimize SQL Server stored procedures and queries.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek, including at least one of Policy, Billing, or Claims.
• Strong experience with Author, Product Studio, rating, forms/manuscripts, and integration points.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/6/7, Web API, and microservices.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, LINQ, dependency injection, JSON/XML, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience with API gateways, preferably Azure API Management, and integration tools such as SFTP and file-based integrations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins and SQL Server query tuning.
