Senior Engineer - Durable Compliance

What you will do

• Scope, design, and build scalable, resilient distributed systems for Service and Policy systems.
• Define products and technical solutions throughout the software lifecycle.
• Lead design sessions and code reviews while collaborating across functions.
• Create and support reusable application components and architectural patterns.
• Improve compliance, protection, availability, monitoring, and security across systems.
• Mentor engineers and share engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced programming experience with Duck Creek, including CBO, Author, and ManuScript.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience with C# and the .NET framework.
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular or React, XML, JSON, RESTful web services, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with microservices, REST API design, architecture assessment, and system design.
• Advanced understanding of Azure DevOps, monitoring, security protocols, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent education or experience; experience with cloud services is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, Python, Go, and open-source software.
