What you will do

• Lead client interactions to clarify needs and ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
• Develop custom Duck Creek solutions via ManuScript configuration and C#-based custom business objects.
• Execute SQL-based queries to support development and troubleshooting efforts.
• Collaborate with Architects and SMEs to plan and design future-state solutions.
• Take ownership of customer issues and drive them through successful resolution.
• Mentor and teach development team members on all aspects of the Duck Creek platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience and 3+ years specifically with Duck Creek product lines.
• Proficiency with Duck Creek Author, ManuScript components, and debugging tools (TraceMonitor, ExampleUtil).
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek APIs and Duck Creek Anywhere.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including Stored Procedures, Triggers, and XQueries.
• Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and XML programming.
• Full knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle within Agile environments.
