What you will do
- Shape and execute product vision across payments, finance, and loyalty product streams.
- Own product development from ideation through launch, maintaining clear priorities and detailed execution plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, customer success, commercial teams, and enterprise clients.
- Translate customer needs and business objectives into product improvements with measurable commercial impact.
- Manage supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and product compliance requirements.
- Use analytics to guide decisions and continuously improve product performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or related financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product streams end-to-end and own product details and priorities.
- Technical proficiency, including coding experience or close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Experience with supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and legal and regulatory compliance.
- Strong enterprise customer collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make rapid, independent decisions in a fast-changing and complex environment.
