What you will do

• Define and communicate the strategy, strategic themes, and priorities for the assigned technology platform portfolio.
• Manage the overall portfolio run budget and prioritize work based on business priorities, risk, and platform health.
• Own portfolio-level KPIs and OKRs to ensure platforms deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Identify and incorporate AI capabilities and engineering productivity tools like GitHub Copilot and DevSecOps practices into the roadmap.
• Lead, coach, and develop Platform Owners to build capability and ensure consistent execution across the portfolio.
• Partner with the Chief Digital Officer and CIOs to align platform strategy with market needs and business roadmaps.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive technology experience, including 10+ years in product management or platform leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business.
• Strong domain expertise in insurance, wealth management, or financial services.
• Proven experience managing complex platform lifecycles, including modernization and enterprise transformation.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, SDLC, and API integration patterns.
• Experience operating in regional, multi-market, or matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Certification in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Product Management.
