Sales Ambassador (Auto/Moto Lending)

What you will do

• Engage walk-in customers at partner motorcycle dealer stores and guide them through the Salmon Moto Loan application process.
• Explain loan products, terms, perks, and benefits while addressing customer questions and supporting sales conversion.
• Assist with applications in the Salmon Agent App and verify IDs and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate motorcycle unit releases, including document signing, unit condition checks, marketing setup, and final turnover.
• Monitor dealer-store inventory, track movements, report status to the Inventory Manager, and escalate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and dealer staff to align store operations with Salmon processes.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in customer-facing sales and loan application support.
• Accuracy when encoding customer information and checking documents.
• Ability to manage customer documentation through submission and unit release.
• Ability to monitor inventory and report discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
• Strong coordination skills for working with dealer and branch personnel.
• Understanding of KYC, compliance, and document-control requirements.
