Sandbox and Platform Services Product Manager

Location: New York, NY, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and must be able to start work in the U.S. on the first day.

Salary: $178,000–$223,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead prioritization and execution of the Platform Services roadmap across infrastructure, shared services, application, and data initiatives.
• Design isolated sandbox environments with realistic test data, simulated workflows, production feature parity, and strong data isolation.
• Create frictionless onboarding and self-serve capabilities, including API testing tools, CLI interfaces, documentation, credentials, and debugging dashboards.
• Define usage limits, geographic restrictions, environment refresh policies, upgrade paths, service levels, performance targets, and resource controls.
• Partner with Engineering on technical architecture and implementation while maintaining stable, secure, and cost-effective environments.
• Collaborate with Sales and R&D developers on commercial strategy, customer adoption, pricing, and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with developer tools, platform products, or API products.
• Experience managing technical products for developer or B2B audiences and driving product-led, self-serve adoption.
• Deep understanding of APIs, integration testing, CI/CD workflows, and sandbox or staging architectures.
• Strong analytical and product discovery skills, including KPI definition, user research, requirements development, and commercial modeling.
• Practical experience using AI to automate systems and workflows.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship is required.
