Sourcing Consultant (Finance)

Location: Charlotte, NC; hybrid attendance is required and remote work is not available.

Pay: $54–$61 per hour on W-2 only; C2C is not accepted.

What you will do

• Consult on and contribute to moderately complex sourcing initiatives and deliverables.
• Support large-scale planning related to sourcing deliverables.
• Review and analyze sourcing challenges involving multiple variable factors.
• Help resolve sourcing issues while applying policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel and sourcing stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing experience.
• Indirect sourcing experience in financial services.
• Experience negotiating SaaS, on-premises software, services, market data, and broker services agreements.
• Experience with banking or Fortune 100 sourcing is required.
• Must be available for hybrid work in Charlotte, NC; remote work is not an option.
• Employment is W-2 only; C2C arrangements are not accepted.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting investment banking, wealth management, commercial or wholesale banking, or market data functions.
