What you will do

• Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers.
• Collaborate on hirify.global deployments, architecture, and operational best practices.
• Drive alignment between customer business goals and technical capabilities through Success Planning and Outcome Mapping.
• Lead Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and conduct hands-on technical workshops.
• Identify and mitigate account risks through health monitoring and technical diagnostics.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align the roadmap with customer requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management within SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Must be based in Costa Rica.
• Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting solutions on Kubernetes and container-based environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native platforms and DevSecOps across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Proficiency in scripting and API integration to troubleshoot technical solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise organizations and communicate with C-suite stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CKAD, CKA, or CKS certifications.
• Experience with Linux, Helm, and Terraform.
• Previous experience working with hirify.global or Falco.
