Environmental Health & Safety Manager

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to improve the environmental, health, and safety culture across the North American service organization.
• Maintain safety processes, standards, training programs, documentation, and reporting for field and office operations.
• Lead compliance activities covering OSHA, EPA, MSHA, FAA, IATA, customer requirements, and hazardous waste handling.
• Drive incident reporting, injury investigations, root cause analysis, return-to-work support, and risk reduction initiatives.
• Conduct site audits, support customer and field employee relationships, and lead technician safety councils.
• Manage safety budgets, improvement roadmaps, sustainability initiatives, and cross-functional projects with Fleet, Product Development, and other groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements in manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work independently, influence diverse teams, and implement effective solutions.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends when required by operations.
