Senior Project Manager (Performance Marketing)

Location: Remote, CET or west toward the Americas, with overlap for client availability and occasional late-evening contact with US clients

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of approximately 10 client accounts from kickoff through delivery, with responsibility for the client’s key business metric.
• Translate revenue, contribution margin, CPI, CPA, and growth targets into prioritized work for agents, engineers, and project contributors.
• Manage tasks, definitions of done, timelines, budgets, risks, documentation, client meetings, and delivery acceptance.
• Run account rituals, establish key-metric monitoring, and maintain consistent execution across the portfolio.
• Handle contracts, NDAs, invoices, and other project paperwork end-to-end.
• Present and defend work to founders, CMOs, and Heads of UA in terms of business outcomes rather than task completion.

Requirements

• Confirmed senior-level, autonomous, and systematic project or account management experience.
• Hands-on performance marketing experience managing paid advertising at scale, including at least one major channel such as Meta, Google, or TikTok, with accounts around $300K+ per month; Meta is especially relevant.
• Experience running a distributed team toward a large goal, including delegation, scope control, timeline management, and result acceptance.
• Experience building at least one self-contained automation and understanding agent data validation, hallucination prevention, and practical AI use.
• Strong knowledge of acquisition and sales funnels, customer lifecycles, attribution models, marketing performance metrics, and backend data structures.
• Availability in CET or west toward the Americas, including overlap with clients and occasional late-evening US contact.

• Agency background and the ability to construct a project plan quickly.

Hiring process

• Screening call covering the role, company, background, and screening questions.
• Interview with the Head of Project Management, followed by a possible short test task using client data.
