Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist (Biotech)

Location: Field based in Manhattan, NY, with up to 70% travel

Base salary: $165,000–$195,000 USD per annum, plus discretionary bonus and equity

hirify.global is a biotechnology company developing COMP360 psilocybin as an investigational treatment for treatment-resistant depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.

What you will do

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy for the launch and adoption of an innovative mental health therapy.
• Build strategic relationships with psychiatrists, healthcare providers, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and other stakeholders.
• Provide scientifically accurate and compliant product and disease-state education.
• Support certified treatment sites with onboarding, readiness, treatment workflows, scheduling, patient flow, and operational optimization.
• Help providers understand patient selection, referral pathways, reimbursement, prior authorization, and other patient-access processes.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations while communicating field insights and managing territory plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience, preferably in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
• Strong clinical acumen and the ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated success launching novel therapies or working in pre-launch environments.
• Experience building trust-based relationships with healthcare providers and managing complex territories.
• Must have employment rights in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets.
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement, buy-and-bill, site-of-care dynamics, prior authorization, and payer processes.
• Experience with specialty treatment centers, IDNs, academic medical centers, site certification, specialized administration, or coordinated care models.
