Salary: $170,000β$180,000 yearly base salary, plus annual performance and uncapped personal sales bonuses.

What you will do
- Lead strategy, operating model transformation, AI, data, and technology modernization engagements for asset managers, custodians, and institutional financial institutions.
- Apply expertise across onboarding, KYC/AML, portfolio administration, trade support, custody, accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and client servicing.
- Translate complex operational and technical concepts into practical solutions for senior business, investment, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Shape business cases, implementation roadmaps, vendor and platform strategies, pilots, testing approaches, and adoption plans.
- Develop new business through relationship building, proposals, cross-selling, commercial discussions, and revenue generation.
- Mentor consultants and managers while contributing to recruiting, capability building, and firm leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a masterβs degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or wealth and asset management, asset management, investment banking, sales and trading, middle office, or asset servicing.
- Direct working knowledge of wealth and asset management operations, platforms, vendor solutions, portfolio management, IBOR/ABOR, OMS/EMS, trading, custody, performance, alternatives, ETFs, managed accounts, reconciliations, and operational controls.
- Strong understanding of wealth platforms, SMA/UMA models, investment operations, trading workflows, AI use cases, and operating model transformation.
- Proven ability to originate business, shape consulting solutions, convert opportunities into sold work, and manage senior stakeholders.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
