Group Art Supervisor

Location: Remote in the United States; the role is associated with New York, NY. The company also offers the option to work from anywhere globally for up to two weeks each year.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and direct the creative design team across internal and client-facing projects.
• Develop strategic, creative, and unexpected concepts for client marketing challenges.
• Guide artwork and campaigns from brief development through execution while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage junior team members, freelancers, direct reports, delegation, and workflow across multiple projects and brands.
• Monitor creative quality, shape work, and approve deliverables on time and within budget.
• Build client relationships, contribute to new business pitches, and collaborate with other agency functions.

Requirements

• Digital portfolio required.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or an equivalent field.
• At least 7 years of creative or creative management experience.
• Advanced Mac skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent creative presentation, written, oral communication, organization, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or medical device experience.
