Salary: $106,013.02–$116,013.02 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead brand identity, packaging, retail, digital, and integrated marketing projects from concept through production.
• Translate strategy into creative platforms and scalable design systems for consumer brands.
• Set creative standards and maintain design quality across typography, layout, color, composition, photography, and visual storytelling.
• Mentor Designers and Senior Designers through creative direction, feedback, critiques, and day-to-day coaching.
• Present concepts to clients, explain strategic creative decisions, and build trusted client relationships.
• Explore AI-assisted visualization and other emerging technologies to improve ideation and production workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in brand, packaging, or integrated design.
• Proven experience mentoring designers and leading creative projects.
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence across branding, packaging, and omnichannel campaigns.
• Deep understanding of CPG brands, retail environments, consumer behavior, and design systems.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and PowerPoint, with exceptional presentation and client communication skills.
