Presentation Designer III

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: USD $85,000–$225,400 per year, plus potential bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders, design leads, and communications teams to define goals, audiences, and visual strategies.
• Design presentations, illustrations, iconography, infographics, and other graphic assets for executive, town hall, sales, product, and brand communications.
• Apply hirify.global’s design system and brand guidelines to maintain consistency across presentation materials.
• Deliver high-quality design production under tight timelines while managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Use AI-enabled workflows to increase production capacity while preserving design judgment and quality.
• Improve the quality, distinctiveness, and consistency of developer-facing creative expression.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant agency, brand marketing, communications, marketing strategy, social media, customer evidence, or related experience; equivalent education and experience paths are accepted.
• At least 3 years of experience executing communications or marketing strategies.
• At least 3 years of experience with marketing and campaign management.
• At least 3 years of cross-functional collaboration with design, communications, revenue, customer success, agencies, or related teams.
• Strong communication, project-management, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and respond effectively to changing requests.

Nice to have

• Portfolio demonstrating storytelling, visual hierarchy, and information design.
• Experience translating complex business, brand, and product narratives into visually driven presentations.
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders, executives, and communications leaders.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma.
• Experience designing presentation templates and scalable design processes.
