Salary: $65,000–$70,000 base salary, plus eligibility for a performance-based annual corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Prepare and file sales and use tax and VAT returns across jurisdictions in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
• Analyze and reconcile sales tax liability accounts and research changes in tax regulations.
• Prepare property tax returns, annual reports, business licenses, and other non-income tax filings.
• Respond to state tax authority notices and assist with tax audits.
• Conduct technical tax research and prepare supporting workpapers for federal and state tax returns, including R&D and foreign tax credit work.
• Collaborate with finance and sales teams, improve tax processes, and use AI technologies to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and own processes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement connected to the Burlington, Massachusetts headquarters.
