What you will do

• Prepare and support US federal and state corporate income tax filings.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end tax provisions for financial reporting.
• Maintain and improve tax workpapers and documentation using Excel.
• Collaborate on post-merger integration and tax planning initiatives.
• Respond to inquiries from taxing authorities.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the tax function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax.
• 1-2 years of experience in tax compliance or accounting.
• Strong foundational knowledge of core accounting principles and general ledger entries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and OneSource tax software.
• Exposure to AI tools like Gemini, Claude, or GPT.
• Background in public accounting or digital advertising.
