Strategic Pricing & Offer Strategy Manager

What you will do

• Develop financial models and business cases for new pricing structures, product packaging, and promotional programs.
• Assess the impact of initiatives on revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Build scenario models and formulate defensible assumptions when historical data is limited.
• Interpret performance metrics and translate findings into practical pricing and offer recommendations.
• Design pricing ladders and channel-specific offer strategies for direct response, digital, and partner channels.
• Coordinate with Finance, Analytics, and IT to evaluate outcomes, define post-launch measurement, and deliver offers.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in pricing, strategic finance, or offer development.
• Proven experience building financial models and conducting scenario-based analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, including data retrieval and interpretation; advanced SQL is not required.
• Advanced Excel skills, including model design, large datasets, and visual presentation of insights.
• Strong understanding of revenue, margins, acquisition costs, attrition, and customer value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop sound assumptions in data-limited environments.
