What you will do

• Own SEO growth strategy and roadmaps across technical SEO, content, off-page SEO, and E-E-A-T.
• Improve crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, redirects, canonicals, and Core Web Vitals.
• Lead keyword strategy, content gap analysis, on-page optimisation, and authority-building initiatives.
• Increase visibility, citations, and recommendation share across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and Perplexity.
• Build reporting for AI citations, prompt positioning, referral traffic, competitive share of voice, and commercial performance.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for content creation, technical audits, and data analysis while collaborating with product, engineering, distribution, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable commercial results, ideally in B2B, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge covering crawling, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicals, and Schema.org structured data.
• Experience optimising content, schema, and entity relationships for AI platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEOmonitor, and CMS platforms such as HubSpot.
• Data analysis skills with Excel, SQL, and/or Python, plus the ability to communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of multi-market SEO, including hreflang, localisation, and domain strategy.
