What you will do

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor project expenses and implement cost control measures to minimize overruns and ensure efficiency.
• Identify financial risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies with business stakeholders.
• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for regional and central organizations.
• Evaluate project performance against KPIs and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with local and central finance, sales, and project management teams to align financial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in finance or project control roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Location: Must be based in Beijing, China
