Salary: $95,000–$100,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead engineering labor planning and forecasting for more than 2,000 employees, contractors, and deferred labor at the initiative level.
• Own AWS forecasting and collaborate on technology software, data center, infrastructure, and other technology expenses.
• Prepare and present monthly reporting, forecast packages, and annual operating and strategic plan materials to senior leadership.
• Manage technology investment reporting, initiative-level tracking, and capital program templates.
• Partner with Engineering, Technology, Finance, Accounting, and business leaders to evaluate initiatives and support data-driven investment decisions.
• Lead close activities, process automation, reporting improvements, and deferred labor dashboard development while coaching analysts and junior finance professionals.

Requirements

• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Expert Excel skills and proficiency with TM1, Anaplan, or comparable financial planning and reporting systems.
• Experience with Power BI or another data visualization tool.
• Ability to lead large-scale planning processes and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience supporting technology, engineering, cloud, infrastructure, or software organizations is strongly preferred.
