ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow)

Location: Hybrid working in Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, London, or Woking, with regular work from company offices or client sites; working from home 100% of the time is not permitted. SC security clearance is required, including five years of continuous UK residence and sole UK nationality.

What you will do

• Implement ServiceNow solutions using Service Management practices and industry standards.
• Co-design and develop ServiceNow applications, solutions, and services.
• Own complex business requirements through completion with support from ServiceNow Business Analysts.
• Assist with estimating release-level effort.
• Optimize ServiceNow platform usage and support compliance across IT organizations.

Requirements

• Experience administering the ServiceNow Platform.
• Experience with JavaScript, Angular or AngularJS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Jelly.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience with relational database concepts, LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, email infrastructure, and web services.
• Experience in ITOM and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility for SC clearance, five years of continuous UK residence, and sole UK nationality is required.
