What you will do

• Enhance existing Power Apps by updating screens, layouts, controls, formulas, and interfaces.
• Improve application usability, accessibility, and visual consistency in line with current design standards.
• Take requirements through the development lifecycle, from refinement through testing and release support.
• Investigate and resolve defects, troubleshoot application issues, and support production deployments.
• Collaborate with product owners, testers, stakeholders, and technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Maintain documentation, handover notes, and up-to-date development work items.

Requirements

• Approximately 2–3 years of practical experience working with Power Apps in a project or delivery environment.
• Good understanding of Power Apps screen design, layouts, controls, and basic formulas.
• Experience with requirements, testing, defect resolution, and release support.
• Strong attention to detail around accessibility, user experience, and visual consistency.
• Ability to work in sprint-based agile development processes.
• Clear communication and an organised approach to documentation and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Awareness of Microsoft 365 and wider Power Platform tools.
• PL-900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification.
• AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.
• PL-400 Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification or plans to pursue it.
• Formal development qualifications.
