TL;DR

Product Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing computer-use and browser-control product surfaces with an accent on agent runtimes and full-stack delivery. Focus on resolving reliability issues in agent harnesses and translating user pain points into shippable features for knowledge workers.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA). Must be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $300,000 - $320,000 USD

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of computer-use and browser-control product surfaces, from scoping to iteration.
• Diagnose and resolve reliability and robustness issues in the computer-use agent harness.
• Collaborate directly with researchers to bridge the loop between the model and the end-user product.
• Instrument products and leverage usage data to drive prioritization and measure success.
• Translate fuzzy user pain points into concrete, shippable features for knowledge workers.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping a product from zero to one with full end-to-end ownership.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills, including production web frontend and backend development.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, prompting, or agent frameworks.
• Proven track record of shipping to external users and iterating based on feedback.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Strong product design instincts to produce clean interfaces without a dedicated designer.
• Experience with browser automation, desktop automation, or RPA systems.
• Experience building evals or quality harnesses for machine learning systems.
• Comfort with lightweight data analysis using SQL and notebooks.
• Experience designing agent loops, tool integrations, or guardrails for LLM systems.
