Prime Client Services, Sr Associate (Digital Assets)

What you will do

• Manage trade entry, settlement, asset transfers, reporting, and reconciliation workflows.
• Coordinate funding across trading venues and provide first-line support for trading and financing operations enquiries.
• Identify operational gaps, improve processes, introduce automation, and support testing of proprietary system enhancements.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new counterparties and maintain relationships with clients, exchanges, liquidity providers, and third-party providers.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to improve digital asset products and services.

Requirements

• Previous middle- or back-office experience in financial services, particularly trading, stock loan, or FX operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical thinking, and understanding of asset flows and procedures.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets; macro programming exposure is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Genuine interest in financial services and cryptocurrency.
