What you will do

• Process routine fiat and blockchain-based transaction settlement queues.
• Perform daily reconciliations and maintain accurate transaction logs.
• Monitor queues against SLA cut-offs and prevent processing backlogs.
• Identify errors and system glitches, then escalate them with detailed context.
• Use approved AI tools, templates, and software to improve daily workflows.
• Communicate with peers and stakeholders while contributing to team OKRs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience in financial operations, banking, payments, fintech, or another fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues promptly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Tech-savvy and willing to use productivity and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
• Foundational knowledge of blockchain, stablecoins, or digital asset operations is advantageous.
