What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of business development leaders, partner solution architects, operations specialists, and partner managers.
• Optimize and expand reseller, payment processing, financial solution, app ecosystem, and embedded integration partnerships.
• Own subscription and revenue targets for the reseller channel and improve partner go-to-market execution.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Advise strategic partners, resolve escalations, and represent partner priorities internally.
• Provide market insights and partner feedback to inform product and business roadmaps at the executive level.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, or product management, preferably in technology and SaaS.
• Experience managing senior managers and building high-performing teams.
• Strong product sense and comfort with technical concepts, API-based ecosystems, and integrations.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience or strong interest in commercial payments, fintech, marketplaces, reseller channels, or app ecosystems.
