Director of Alliance Management (BioPharma)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel of up to 30% is required.

What you will do

• Own strategic relationships with key BioPharma partners, providing governance, escalation management, and alignment throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Oversee concurrent portfolio-level programs across patient matching, sponsored testing, Companion Diagnostics, and clinical trial support.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, operational platforms, workflows, data integrity, and scalability.
• Coordinate Clinical, Product, RWD, Marketing, Legal, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams.
• Oversee contract operations, invoicing, revenue tracking, renewals, total contract value, and program performance.
• Identify partnership expansion opportunities and lead execution from opportunity development through contracting and delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in alliance management, program management, or BioPharma-facing roles.
• Experience with diagnostics, genomics, clinical research, or BioPharma partnerships.
• Demonstrated success managing complex partner ecosystems and strategic initiatives.
• Strong portfolio management, governance, operational, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Master’s degree or MBA in Health Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be based in the United States and able to travel up to 30%.
