TL;DR
AI Engineer (LLM and workflow automation): Building and operating secure internal AI agents and end-to-end workflow automation tools for Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success with an accent on process redesign, system integration, and production reliability. Focus on designing agentic workflows, implementing governance and compliance controls, and scaling reusable AI capabilities across the business.

What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-value workflows and redesign processes for AI automation.
- Design and build LLM-powered agents and workflows using tool calling, retrieval, structured outputs, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Develop complete solutions including user interfaces, APIs, integrations, data access, triggers, and connections to business systems.
- Own production reliability through monitoring, alerting, logging, incident response, and continuous improvement.
- Create reusable components, evaluation harnesses, documentation, runbooks, and training for scalable adoption.
- Coordinate with Business Technology, IT/Security, Legal/Privacy, and business subject matter experts to deploy trusted AI solutions.
Requirements
- End-to-end software engineering experience covering design, development, deployment, and ongoing operations.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, C#, or Node.js.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs, authentication, structured data formats, and webhooks.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered tools and agents, including prompting, tool use, retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, validation, fallbacks, and failure handling.
- Experience with cloud services, CI/CD, source control, test automation, monitoring, identity, secrets management, and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear specifications and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, audit trails, change management, and data governance.
- Lean or operational-improvement experience and a track record of building internal tools adopted across multiple business functions.
