Sr SLED Product Trainer

Location: Lincolnshire, Illinois, United States; travel of up to 40% is required for customer demonstrations, training, trade shows, and partner events.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 USD

What you will do

• Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, pilots, workshops, and evaluation support for LG interactive display and collaboration solutions.
• Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, on-demand, and hybrid training for sales teams, channel partners, administrators, educators, and end users.
• Create training content, curricula, learning paths, use cases, best practices, and enablement resources.
• Support the positioning and delivery of professional development and end-user training services.
• Monitor adoption, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and provide refresher training and change-management support.
• Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, project management, implementation, marketing, and product management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, training, business, technology, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing training, enablement, sales support, educational technology, or solution adoption.
• Experience delivering live demonstrations, instructor-led training, webinars, and virtual learning programs to diverse audiences.
• Experience with interactive displays, collaboration technologies, AV solutions, and development of instructional materials.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, public speaking, organization, project management, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace for Education, learning management systems, content platforms, and cloud-based collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting K-12, higher education, corporate, or government technology deployments.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and curriculum development.
• Google for Education or Microsoft Education certifications.
• AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, or other relevant industry certifications.
• Experience enabling channel partners and familiarity with digital signage, device management, software platforms, or DVLED technologies.
