Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in one of the approved states: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, D.C., Wisconsin, or West Virginia. Headquarters are in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Salary: $100,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning components, Flow, and advanced configuration.
- Migrate case-management functionality, data, business rules, and workflows from Pega to Salesforce.
- Design scalable Salesforce applications and integrations with AWS and other cloud services.
- Collaborate with data and architecture teams on data models, governance, cleansing, and integration strategy.
- Establish development, testing, deployment, and architecture-governance standards.
- Mentor junior developers, translate CMS business needs into technical solutions, and resolve complex implementation issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience migrating legacy case-management platforms and supporting federal contracts; CMS experience is strongly preferred.
- Deep proficiency in Apex, Lightning components, Flow, Salesforce configuration, data migration, integration, and cleansing.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS using REST APIs and middleware.
- Experience with architecture governance structures, ADRs, architecture review boards, and translating business requirements into implementations.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications.
- Salesforce Government Cloud or Health Cloud experience.
- Salesforce DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- BFCC-QIO or Medicare case-management domain experience.
