Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce): Designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ with an accent on Apex development, automation, integrations, and platform governance. Location: Hybrid work in Hamburg or Berlin, Germany, with the option to work from abroad for up to 30 calendar days per year.

What you will do

• Design and build Salesforce Flows, validation rules, automation, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components.
• Own the technical design and delivery of Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract amendments.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware.
• Manage sandbox and production deployments using CI/CD practices, Salesforce CLI, change sets, and version control.
• Define platform architecture, data models, security, governance, and technical specifications while reviewing peer implementations.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Process stakeholders to shape requirements and evaluate AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, and the Salesforce data model.
• Scaled implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Salesforce security architecture, deployment tooling, and version control.
• Practical experience using LLMs and sufficient understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and agents to evaluate AI-augmented Salesforce features.
• Ability to own solutions end-to-end, document technical decisions, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MuleSoft experience or equivalent integration middleware expertise.
• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ Billing or subscription management.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, or B2B Commerce.
• Experience in Revenue Operations or commercial technology.
• Familiarity with Agentforce or other Salesforce AI features.
