Location: Remote within the United States; work must be performed in the US. Foreign-location access and personal VPN connections are prohibited.

Salary: $81,499–$138,549 per year

What you will do

• Participate in the full Salesforce application lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Write, test, and deploy reusable, high-performance Apex code and customize Lightning components.
• Design Salesforce data models, objects, fields, relationships, reports, dashboards, and platform integrations.
• Improve application performance through code optimization, query analysis, caching, lazy loading, modular development, and asynchronous workflows.
• Gather technical requirements, translate user stories into technical solutions, and collaborate with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery, troubleshooting, risk and change management, knowledge sharing, and automation-first platform improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of Salesforce development and engineering experience.
• Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the US, and perform the work in the US.
• Must have lived in the United States for 3 full years out of the last 5 years and be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with Salesforce custom solutions, Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce data modeling.
• Experience with web programming, REST APIs, object-oriented design patterns, automated testing, and Agile or SAFe teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Copado CI/CD pipelines and Copado certifications.
• Experience with multi-cloud architectures, AWS development, civic technology, or government contracting.
• Salesforce developer certifications such as Developer I, Developer II, or Platform App Builder.
• Experience with Salesforce call center setups, Health Cloud implementation, or development.
• Active Trailblazer account.
