What you will do

• Design and develop sophisticated software features for EverHealth products.
• Write, test, deploy, and maintain reliable application code.
• Debug issues, solve technical problems, and improve platform quality.
• Review pull requests and collaborate with industry experts.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including standups, refinement, and retrospectives.
• Expand unit test coverage and support scalable product growth.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience with expert-level Python and Django skills.
• Experience with JavaScript, modern SPA frameworks, preferably React, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with REST APIs or GraphQL, including Apollo, ORM frameworks, relational databases, and complex SQL Server/T-SQL procedures and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Redis, multithreaded applications, enterprise software design, version control, and application performance monitoring.
• 1–2 years of experience with AI/ML and a general understanding of healthcare IT, HIPAA transactions, and U.S. healthcare regulations.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, SQL Server/T-SQL, New Relic, or Sentry.
• Understanding of MIPS, Meaningful Use, or ONC certification standards.
