What you will do

• Process SELECT cancellations, new SELECT orders, and new product orders.
• Complete new account requests and update customer addresses, contacts, and contract information.
• Process inbound purchase orders and renewal requests.
• Support ad hoc projects for the Quality Assurance team.
• Communicate with managers, colleagues, and other internal stakeholders in person and through Microsoft Teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, or a finance-related role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and logical, proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and understand customer relationship management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional 2013 or later.
• Friendly and professional telephone, email, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Exton, Pennsylvania, for 40 hours per week.
